History
Panoramic was a successful Argentine company between the 1950s and 1970s, primarily known for manufacturing radios and televisions.

In 1975, the Videojuel by Laboratorio Electrónico Hiroshima was introduced. Although it didn’t sell many units overall, it achieved significant local success in the La Plata neighborhood of Buenos Aires.

It is believed that an employee of Panoramic, who was a member of the Instituto Nacional de Patentes y Diseños de Argentina, took notice of the design registered by Mario Luis Díaz for his Videojuel.
Nonetheless, Panoramic proceeded to design its own console. The design of this system, named “Dispositivo de entretenimiento y destreza conectable a receptores de televisión” (Entertainment and skill device connectable to television receivers), was registered on August 6, 1976.

Commercialization
The Telematch was marketed in Argentina during the second half of 1976, becoming a success that Christmas, thanks to its wide distribution in household appliance stores and department stores.

Features
The Telematch featured a briefcase-shaped casing that allowed for the storage of the controls and the console’s transformer when not in use.

Functionally, the Telematch is a Magnavox Odyssey clone, though it did not require the use of cards, tokens, or overlays. The controls are almost identical to those of the Videojuel. The games were built into the console, and they could be selected via a button panel, a feature that is reminiscent of the Spanish Overkal.

It has 5 games:
- Submarino (Submarine)
- Fronton (Squash)
- Volley
- Futbol (Soccer)
- Tenis (Tennis)
